In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gg168", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our" — refers to gg168 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated entities that operate the online betting and casino services accessible at https://gg168.cam.
• "Member", "Player", "User", "You", "Your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the gg168 platform or is accessing gg168 services in any capacity.

• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah; the sole currency in which gg168 accounts are maintained and transactions processed for Indonesian Members.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which the use of gg168 services is unlawful under local legislation or in which gg168 has chosen not to offer its services.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 14.

The following eligibility requirements must be met in full before a person may register for or continue to use an gg168 Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. gg168 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
2. Residency: You must be a current resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gg168 complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of Indonesia. You must not be subject to any court order that restricts your ability to wager or manage finances.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order, whether issued by gg168 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
5. Single Account: You may hold only one active Account on the gg168 platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

To create an gg168 Account, you must complete the online registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number — must be truthful, accurate, and current.
• You are required to select a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. gg168 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must promptly notify gg168 via the support team if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• gg168 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account found to contain false or misleading information.
• Account registration and use of gg168 is permitted on a personal basis only. Corporate, institutional, or syndicate account use is prohibited unless separately agreed in writing with gg168 management.

gg168 is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant platform and operates a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Members may be required to complete KYC verification at registration, prior to making a first withdrawal, or at any point during their account lifetime at gg168's discretion.

Required documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document such as a national ID card (KTP), passport, or SIM driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months confirming your registered residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership of the account used for deposits and withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation confirming the legitimate origin of funds deposited into your gg168 Account may be required.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by gg168 may result in Account suspension or closure, and any pending withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

All deposits to an gg168 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding — whereby a Member deposits funds from an account owned by another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension.

gg168 supports the following deposit methods for Indonesian Members:

• gg168 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which gg168 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made outside of normal banking hours may be subject to brief processing delays. gg168 operates a 24/7 payments monitoring team to minimise such delays.
• gg168 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at the individual account level, particularly during KYC review periods.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. gg168 may request additional documentation for deposits that exceed established risk thresholds.

Members may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. gg168 does not permit withdrawal to a different bank account or e-wallet without prior verification of the new payment method.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50.000 applies. The maximum single withdrawal limit is determined by the Member's account level and current KYC status.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before any outstanding KYC requirements are met will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• gg168 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for the majority of requests. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or when additional compliance checks are required.
• Bonus funds credited to an account cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as described in Clause 7.
• gg168 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or that exhibit unusual patterns relative to a Member's deposit and wagering history.

gg168 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1, Champions League, Idul Fitri, and other occasions relevant to the Indonesian market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be turned over a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The specific turnover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms, which form part of these Terms by reference.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games on the gg168 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook wagers on odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Certain low-volatility slot titles and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific game exclusions and contribution rates are listed in each promotion's detail page.
3. Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain locked at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5. Abuse and Exploitation: gg168 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional errors, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Any account found to be engaging in such behaviour will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
6. Modification and Cancellation: gg168 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by Members, except where abuse is suspected.

The following general betting rules apply across all gg168 products. Product-specific rules — including those for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting betting markets), bandar bola (Asian bookmaker markets), mix parlay accumulator bets, and live casino — are published on the relevant game or market pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. gg168 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), gg168 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Member's Account. gg168's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded at the time of placement are void and stakes will be refunded, unless the relevant market is designated as an in-play or live-betting market.
• In the event of a sports fixture being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, gg168 will apply its standard settlement rules as published in the relevant sport's rules section. In the majority of cases, markets will be settled based on the result at the point of abandonment if a minimum period of play has been completed.
• gg168 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time, particularly in cases of suspected irregular wagering patterns, breaking news, or technical malfunction.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all products and markets. Individual limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. gg168 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gg168 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one gg168 Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity, is prohibited.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including poker, live-dealer games, and sports betting pools, is strictly forbidden.
• Use of Automated Software: The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the gg168 platform — whether for placing bets, navigating games, or collecting data — is prohibited.

All content on the gg168 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of gg168 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gg168 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the gg168 platform without the express written permission of gg168.
• Frame or mirror any part of the gg168 platform on any other website or platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gg168 excludes all liability to you or any third party for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss or damage arising from your inability to access or use the gg168 platform, including periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays in deposit or withdrawal processing by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any technical failures, server outages, network disruptions, or cyber-attacks beyond gg168's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gg168's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gg168 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory seven-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once a limit is reached, no further wagers may be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Members may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying their current session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via the gg168 live-chat support team. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration selected.

Either party may close an gg168 Account at any time:

• Member-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your Account by contacting gg168 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled and your remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• gg168-Initiated Closure: gg168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of these Terms has been identified, where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected, or where required by applicable law or regulation. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, gg168 may forfeit the Account Balance in its entirety.

gg168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, gg168 will endeavour to notify affected Members via email or an on-platform notification with a minimum of seven days' notice before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or to address an urgent security concern.

Your continued use of the gg168 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gg168 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Indonesia that cannot be contractually excluded.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gg168 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

For account-level disputes — including contested settlements, withdrawal queries, or bonus disputes — Members should first contact gg168 Customer Support. gg168 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days and to providing a final determination within 28 days.
